About Me:
Hi, my name is Louise Runnacles.
I’ve been working in administration for over 20 years, supporting organisations like the NHS, Local Authority and my local Healthwatch. Over the years, I’ve discovered that I truly enjoy the variety and problem solving that comes with admin work – no two days are ever the same!
I’m highly organised and love making systems run smoothly. My skills include website maintenance (including WordPress), graphic support and content creation using Canva, event planning and coordination, document formatting and research administration.
My purpose is to provide support for busy working mums that are carrying too much. I create calm where there is chaos and am a very patient person. You can find out more about that on my packages page. I bring calm, clarity and structure into situations that feel overwhelming, without adding pressure or judgement. I actively reduce mental load and create calm for busy working mums that feels supportive, human and sustainable.
My mission is to provide admin support to busy working mums so they can recover some time and headspace resulting in a better worklife balance and giving them freedom from admin tasks.
My vision is to work successfully with busy working mums that would benefit from my expertise and experience in admin support.
My brand values are: honesty and integrity, clarity, reliability and a supportive partnership. I want to empower overwhelmed mums so they can move forwards with confidence.
I like making a positive difference to people and am really keen to stop people reaching burnout. I am also passionate about health and wellbeing.
