Hi, my name is Louise Runnacles.
I’ve been working in administration for 26 years, supporting organisations like the NHS, Local Authority and my local Healthwatch. Over the years, I’ve discovered that I truly enjoy the variety and problem solving that comes with admin – no two days are ever the same!
If you’ve ever opened Canva thinking “this should be simple” and then found yourself stuck, second guessing everything, or running out of time – you’re not alone.
I work with busy working mums who are trying to show up consistently in their business, but don’t have the time or headspace to figure out branding, templates, and content on their own.
I’m Louise, the person behind Fluid Virtual Assistant, and I specialise in Canva support that feels calm, clear, and actually manageable.
I don’t believe you need to be a designer to create content that looks professional and aligned to your brand. You just need the right support, the right setup, and someone to show you how to use Canva in a way that works for you.
That’s where I come in.

My goal is simple – to help you feel calm and capable when it comes to your content, instead of frustrated and overwhelmed.
